The photo (above) from 1987 shows that, indeed they were. If anyone knows the history of this team and what the trophies were, then please get in touch. Goalkeeper Mandy Doogan, I know, is still in the ladies game. She is in charge of the Dundee City Women’s Football Club, which currently competes in the Scottish National League. She’s not forgetting her roots, though, and I recently spotted her coaching from the sidelines as part of a Dundee West Girls U/13 team.
