Hundreds of people descended on St Andrews’ Craigtoun Country Park on Saturday for the first ELAGA music festival.
Top acts including Rudimental, Sigala and Codeko were among those who took to the stage throughout the eight-hour event, which was founded by a collective of St Andrews students determined to give the historic Fife town something new to shout about.
And organisers will have been more than happy with the fruits of their labour, with all those in attendance enjoying a heady mix of live music, culinary experiences and art and film installations.
The festival was one of the biggest outdoor festivals of its kind ever seen in St Andrews, and is expected to be repeated next year following the success of the inaugural event.
An after party event was also held at Dundee University’s Student Union for those students who had the stamina to keep going well into Sunday morning.
