The Sherlocks

Sheffield indie rock band The Sherlocks arrive in Fife on February 4 as part of a UK tour.

Founded in 2010, the band, who played Buskers in Dundee earlier, is made up of two sets of brothers – Kiaran (vocals and guitar) and Brandon Crook (drums) and Andy (bass) and Josh Davidson (guitar).

The veterans of the Reading and Leeds Festivals in 2015 and 2016 released their first single ‘Live for the Moment’ in 2014, their second single was ‘Escapade’ in 2015, followed by third single ‘Heart Of Gold’, which received airplay from BBC Radio 1’s Annie Mac, Huw Stephens, Greg James and BBC 6 Music’s Steve Lamacq.

Their fourth single ‘Last Night’ was released  in February 2016, and the band also got invited by BBC Introducing to play the SXSW festival in March 2016 in Austin, Texas.

Last week The Sherlocks played their sixth single ‘Was It Really Worth It?’ for the first time on BBC Radio 6.
