Glaswegian Country Music sensation Lisa McHugh will be returning to her native Scotland after her successful exploits in Ireland.
The 28-year-old moved to Ireland in 2010 to pursue her dreams of becoming a country music star.
Now residing in County Fermanagh, Lisa has climbed to the top of the ladder, recently being described as ‘Right up there with Nashville’s best’ by those in the industry.
It was at her home in Scotland where Lisa developed her musical talents, and her parent’s love of country music was a huge influence on her.
Growing up to the sound of Irish Country Music stars such as Daniel O’Donnell, Philomena Begley and Ray Lynam, Lisa set her sights on country music stardom.
She took a leap of faith and made the move across the Irish Sea aged just 22.
She came to prominence after entering an Irish TV talent show, it wasn’t long before her band was formed and she began touring the country, the glamorous Glaswegian hasn’t looked back since.
With five albums under her belt, multiple awards and her own TV show, Lisa’s career continues to blossom.
