An extensive programme of live music has been unveiled for this summer’s Cupar Arts Festival.
Several popular home-grown acts will perform at the week-long contemporary arts showcase.
A launch party will include electronic duo Stephen Lee and Mark Small, who release their first album next month.
There will also be free concerts by David Webster and Stevie Anderson, of alternative folk rock band Sinderins; the Onion Club, featuring Pauline M Hynd; and seven-piece bluegrass band Wire and Wool.
Other acts on the bill include Inge Thomson and Fraser Fifield.
Festival director Gayle Nelson said she was particularly excited about this year’s festival.
“Having such a wonderful collection of live music this year adds an alternative element to this established arts festival.
“We hope this collection of fabulous bands will give visitors and residents alike evenings of music to remember.”
The festival has the support of VisitScotland, whose director of events Paul Bush said: “The addition of live music from a variety of home-grown performers will provide art enthusiasts with another reason to visit one of Scotland’s most unique small towns for this year’s Cupar Arts Festival.”
Some 20 established contemporary artists will play their part in the festival from June 18 to 25.
They include Rachel McLean, Charles Avery, Chad McCail and Kate Downie.
Artworks will be exhibited in venues and unconventional spaces, including industrial sites and the town’s closes.
