Scotland’s only digital arts festival is back for its seventh year.
NEoN takes place in various venues all over Dundee until Sunday.
This year’s festival is themed to chime with Scotland’s Year of Innovation, Architecture and Design.
It will look at how urban space and virtual information are now inseparably entwined.
Local and international artists will be looking at developments in technology and examine ways they can be used in our day to day lives.
Today sees keynote talks by Ruari Glynn, interactive architecture lab director from the Bartlett in London, and Dunan of Jordanstone’s Anna Notaro. Tonight there’s a screening of Disney’s Wreck it Ralph with a favourite character dress code. Over the course of the weekend there are more talks, exhibitions and music , along with an Artists Shorts programme at Verdant Works on Sunday.
