Dundee Royal Infirmary (DRI), was the city’s main hospital until the opening of Ninewells Hospital in 1974. DRI closed in 1998, after 200 years of operation. To celebrate 70 years of the NHS, Caroline Lindsay takes a trip down memory lane with some archive photos taken at DRI and Ninewells.
