If you are planning to give your home or office a makeover, there’s one sale you can’t miss this spring.
The team at County Fabrics is getting ready for their massive warehouse sale, which will be held in their historic watermill premises in Crook of Devon.
Partner Katie Evans explained: “This is our largest ever sale as after the summer part of the historic Watermill premises will be getting refurbished – so the space must be cleared!”
Throughout the three day sale (Friday, May 3 to Sunday, May 5) there will be massive discounts on County Fabric’s range of designer fabric remnants and short ends.
But the weekend isn’t just about picking up fantastic bargains. There will be a pop-up café in aid of CHAS, as well as a sale of end-of-line designer fabric books for donations to the charity.
There is also a series of complimentary workshops planned for the weekend, on subjects including candle-making, upholstery and lampshade covering.
Katie said: “The workshops are a great opportunity to learn a new skill and can showcase exactly how much you can do to transform a room with fabric and candles.
“Upcycling and recycling have become more and more popular and these workshops will teach you how to make use of everyday items to make fantastic presents for people – or yourself!”
At the same time County Fabrics will be hosting Iona Buchanan, who will be selling much of her homeware at fantastically reduced prices as well as showcasing some of her recent designs.
It will be a great early summer’s outing for the family with free parking and lots to see, do and enjoy.
