Citroen has unveiled a new version of its popular C4 Cactus – the C4 Cactus W Special Edition.
Featuring a body finished in Pearl White, as well as white door mirrors and dune coloured ‘Airbumps’, the Cactus Special Edition stands out from the crowd even further than the standard car. There’s also white roof rails, which make transporting larger items much easier.
The innovative Airbump technology is designed to protect the Cactus from scrapes, or errant shopping trolleys when left in supermarket car parks. The technology was also recently used on the new Citroen C3.
The Cactus also features dark tinted rear windows, white roof bars and alloy wheels in a unique design. Those alloy wheels are finished in white to match the rest of the car. Based on the top-of-the-range Flair specification, the C4 Cactus W Special Edition is designed for those who want something slightly different.
A space saver spare wheel is also included.
There’s also automatic air conditioning, a colour reversing camera and split-folding rear seats. As well as the impressive amount of standard equipment, drivers can specify a panoramic sunroof for £425 or black part-leather upholstery for £695.
There’s a choice of two engines too – a three-cylinder turbocharged petrol or the highly-economical Blue HDi 100 diesel. The diesel emits just 95g/km, while the petrol returns 100g/km CO2.
The C4 Cactus W Special Edition is available now, with prices starting from £18,890.
he latest updates to the Smart city car range have been announced, with a new Brabus Sport trim line being added to both the ForTwo and ForFour models.
The entry-level Passion trim level for the ForTwo Coupe now includes a fabric-covered roof, while the ForFour in Night Sky Prime and Prime Sport trims features a fabric electric opening roof.
Prices for the entry-level ForTwo Coupe in Passion trim start at £11,125.
