The group will leave from the car park at Dundee Ice Arena and drive to an as-yet secret location for their picnic. The club, which was formed in 1989, boasts members from as far south as Dunfermline and as far north as Turriff. The club is also gearing up for one of the biggest events in its calendar. Their 13th Annual Classic Car Motor Show takes place at Errol Airfield on Sunday June 10. Supported by Morris Leslie Auctions, the event raises money for children’s charities. A wide range of cars, motorbikes, commercials and even agricultural vehicles will be on display at the show. Further entertainment will be provided by a pipe band, dog display team and vendors, and there are plenty of food and drink stalls. The club meets on the first Thursday of every month at the Strathmore Arms, Glamis.
