The Grange is a development of new build houses by Muir Homes.
It comprises three, four and five bedroom detached villas.
Currently under construction, the properties should be ready for an autumn entry.
Prices start at £234,500 for a three bedroom “Cheviot” property. Four bedroom homes start at £265,000 for the “Wemyss” style and at the upper end of the development is the five-bedroom “Strathearn” at £435,000.
The showhome is ready now and is open from 11am-5pm from Thursday to Monday. The “Errol” style property is a four-bedroom detached house with integrated double garage.
All the development’s homes include designer fitted kitchens with integrated appliances and luxury bathrooms with quality sanitaryware and co-ordinated tiling.
They feature open plan living areas along with dining kitchens and separate dining rooms for more formal occasions.
Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and Muir Homes promises it has solved the curse of new build homes – a lack of storage.
Some of the properties at The Grange qualify for the Help to Buy scheme, with The Scottish Government taking an interest free equity stake in the home to reduce the initial price.
