TSPC manager’s thoughts on list
Lynne Hill, manager of TSPC, said the list is an interesting insight into the wants and needs of house-hunters across the region.
She said: “Looking at the properties featured, there is an emphasis on larger homes with flexible accommodation that offer comfortable family living.
“In terms of style, the properties are a mixed bag from those in turnkey condition to those with potential for modernisation and even expansion.
“Many of us think about where we would live and the style of property if money was no object, however it may surprise you that the average property price of the top 10 was around £350,000, highlighting the benefits of living in Tayside.”
