It’s the new luxury show home near Dundee which a housebuilder says boasts the latest interior design trends.
Springfield Properties has unveiled a new show home at its Dykes of Gray development in Dundee.
The four-bedroom property has an open plan kitchen, sunroom, dining area, utility room and integrated garage.
It is based on the Culbin design, one of the builder’s most popular house styles.
It also has a separate lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows and a formal dining room, which could easily be used as an additional bedroom.
Two of the first floor bedrooms feature large wardrobes and en suites. The other two bedrooms could easily work as guest rooms, a home office, playroom or even a gym.
Interior design trends in Dundee home
Springfield said its decoration taps into the latest styles.
These include soft creams, khaki greens and burnt oranges within the colour pallet across a mixture of textures.
Sales and marketing director Liz Cleghorn said: “Its versatile design and layout lends itself to families big and small. The home has a stylish kerb appeal and doesn’t compromise on space.
“The new show home reflects the quality homes we build at Dykes of Gray and highlights the impressive level of specification we include as standard.
“Kitchen appliances, back garden turf, even things like the outside tap, are all included.”
Dykes of Gray development
There are a range of different house styles at the development to the west of Dundee. They range from three to five bedrooms and start in price from £260,000.
The village’s former four-bedroom show home is being sold with a furniture package for £475,000.
Liz adds: “Of course, we encourage our buyers to make their home their own.
“With a choice of paint colours for each room, a wide variety of kitchen doors, handles and worktops and a collection of quality tiles and vanity units for the bathroom.”
