Malcolm Sinclair, of Fintryside, is awaiting sentencing after being convicted of failing to provide a breath sample.
The 53-year-old pleaded guilty to failing to provide two specimens of breath in order to ascertain his ability to drive at police headquarters on West Bell Street on March 7.
Sheriff John Rafferty deferred sentence until later this month to call alongside other matters. He was disqualified from driving in the interim.
