Murray Fotheringham, 35, is accused of murdering John Donachy on Saturday, March 3 Police launched a major investigation after the 26-year-old’s body was found at a house in Hazel Court. Fotheringham is charged with punching Mr Donachy on the head and body before striking him with a knife, murdering him. He appeared from custody at a private hearing at Perth Sheriff Court in front of Sheriff Gillian Wade where no plea or declaration was made.
