John Dewart, 28, of South Road, Charleston, was fined £200 by Sheriff Lorna Drummond.
Dewart admitted breaching a bail condition not to approach or contact his former partner Claire Johnstone, or enter Brackens Road, by repeatedly approaching her at a house in Brackens Road between December 25 and January 25.
Dewart had earlier been placed on bail after admitting assaulting Ms Johnstone at a house in Kingsway East on June 11 2017 and striking her car repeatedly with a traffic cone, behaving in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, shouting and swearing and using derogatory language towards her and kicking a fridge freezer.
