Lee Ritchie, 34, of Denhead Crescent, had sentence deferred at the city’s sheriff court after admitting possession of the Class A drug with intent to supply.
Ritchie admitted being concerned in the supply of cocaine in 2015.
The court heard that police obtained a search warrant and attended Ritchie’s home address.
They discovered a bag containing a white substance, later tested and found to be 45g of cocaine, a set of scales and bags.
Ritchie was then taken into custody and charged.
The court heard that the cocaine found at the property had a street value of approximately £2,000.
Ritchie’s sentence for the offence was deferred until July 18.
