Lesley Hazeldine, from Surrey, reckons when her Hotpoint washer is halfway through a normal cycle, it sounds like the Cockney actor saying: “Come on then.”

The 48-year-old was just sitting in her front room one day when she made the discovery about her household appliance.
After her daughter said she could hear the “come on then” too, Lesley decided to post a video clip on Facebook.
Well, whether you agree it sounds like the the EastEnders star or not, we probably won’t be able to listen to washing machines in the same way ever again.
