A section of the A90 southbound carriageway at Nether Careston Farm is set to benefit from improvements worth £140,000 starting tomorrow.
The project will involve surfacing improvements on the southbound carriageway between Brechin and Finavon.
The overnight improvements will take place over four nights, between 7.30pm and 6.30am each night, with all works expected to be completed by 6.30am a week today.
No works are programmed for Friday or Saturday nights.
A single lane closure and a 10mph convoy system will be in place, with a 50mph speed limit also operational.
