Arbroath woman Katie Bain won the top prize at the Miss Saltire 2020 pageant, held in the Station Hotel, Perth. Katie Bain. Miss Bain, 19, has had previous beauty pageant success in the Miss Spirit competition in November last year. The beauty student has used the platform to raise money for causes such as Riding for the Disabled and Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance.
