A resident was treated by paramedics after a dwelling fire in Angus on Saturday night.
Four crews attended the blaze at 8.25pm on Saturday at Invergarry Park, St Cyrus.
The fire was brought under control soon after and the stop message was received at 4am.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service (SFRS) said: “Operations Control mobilised four appliances and a height vehicle to the scene.
“One casualty was handed into the care of paramedics.
“Nearby residents are being advised to keep their windows closed due to heavy smoke in the area.”
One crew remains at the scene to check for hot spots.
The Scottish Ambulance Service has been approached for further information on the condition of the casualty.
