An Angus man has been remanded in custody over two alleged charges of public indecency.
Gavin Ross will face trial next month after appearing before Sheriff Derek Reekie at Forfar in connection with incidents including exposing his bottom to a woman.
Ross, 39, of Inveraldie Crescent, Tealing denies engaging in sexual activity at Dalziel Road, Tealing on April 30 in the presence of two other people.
He also faces a further charge of public indecency in Strathmore Avenue, Forfar on May 7 by allowing his jogging bottoms to drop to his ankles and making no effort to pick them up in a timely manner, allowing a woman to see his buttocks.
Trial was set for September 9.
