There’s been a spring in the step of the local property market with Tayside Solicitors Property Centre reporting a surge of properties for sale.
Lynne Hill, manager at Dundee’s Whitehall Crescent base, has also witnessed a rise in the number of homes going under offer in recent weeks.
“We saw member firms bring on 396 properties to the market in March alone,” she said.
“Putting things into perspective, that represents an increase of 18.5% on March last year and was the highest number of properties we have recorded in one month since May 2014.”
