Calum Richardson, owner of The Bay Fish and Chips in Stonehaven, is collaborating with European Exchange Programme ‘Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs’ to share his 19-years of knowledge and passion for the industry.
Mr Richardson said he decided to take part in the exchange to spread the word a little further about the quality of the Scottish fish and chips and the industry “whilst showing the benefits of running your own business”.
Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a cross-border exchange programme which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other participating countries.
