Fire fighters are currently in attendance at a kitchen fire in Montrose.
Three appliances are deployed in the middle of town outside Indian Cottage at 204 High Street.
It is understood the fire began in the kitchen and personnel are using breathing gear to clear the property.
A spokeswoman for Scottish Fire and Rescue said: “Three appliances are currently at a ground-floor fire in a restaurant at High Street.
“There is no stop time available for the incident.”
