An Argos worker in Montrose has tested positive for Covid-19.
A spokeswoman from the company said the staff member had been sent home from work “as soon as they showed symptoms.”
The town centre shop remains open for collection of pre-paid orders.
The spokeswoman said: “One colleague has tested positive at our Argos store in Montrose. The colleague is self-isolating at home.
“Safety is our highest priority. We have introduced additional cleaning and have strict social distancing measures in all our stores, as well as hand sanitiser stations, Perspex screens and PPE for all our colleagues. We continue to support Test and Trace and remain in close contact with them.”
