Fire crews battled a large blaze at a farm in Angus this afternoon.
Four appliances were in attendance at Backmuir Farm in Carmyllie after the alarm was raised at 2.05pm.
A single-storey derelict house was completely destroyed and 30 straw bales also went on fire.
Gas cylinders were also removed from the building and were cooled down by firefighters.
Fire crews remained at the scene to damp down following the afternoon drama.
The owners did not wish to comment.
