Aroud 150 Brownies from Muirhead to Monifieth congregated in Castle Green Broughty Ferry to participate in the first ever Centenary Challenge Cup. There were 10 different activities ranging from clambering through ropes, hooking a duck and throwing a welly to an assault course. The winners were the 1st Muirhead Brownies who were presented with the trophy by Dundee Lord Provost Bob Duncan.
