The drivers of two vehicles have escaped serious injury in a Carnoustie crash.
The accident happened shortly before 7pm on Sunday evening near the junction of North Burnside Street and Dundee Street.
One of the cars, a grey Audi estate, struck a roadside wall.
Police said paramedics treated two people at the scene, but they are not thought to have been badly hurt.
Scottish Fire and Rescue Service units from Balmossie attended the crash, but did not require to cut any occupants free from their vehicles.
Traffic experienced slight delays due to the road being closed.
