Arbroath lifeboats have assisted a small inflatable and its occupants after the craft hit trouble on Sunday afternoon.
The town’s inshore and all-weather boats were launched just before 4.30pm after the inflatable suffered engine problems off Auchmithie.

The stricken craft was escorted to Auchmithie harbour without incident.
