Police in Forfar are appealing for information following concern for a woman who was seen in the area of the A932 near Westfield Loan at about 4pm on Thursday.
She is described as being “elderly”, wearing a blue and white striped jumper, black trousers and carrying a black handbag.
Officers are concerned for her welfare and it is understood that she may have walked towards the area of Balmashanner Hill.
Anyone who has seen a woman matching this description in the Forfar area, has been urged to contact Police Scotland on 101.
