The blue car, which was parked outside an Asda in Forfar, caught alight at 2.45pm on Tuesday. Fire crews were called to the scene, with one appliance being used to battle the blaze. Video from the scene shows flames pouring out of the front of the vehicle as thick black smoke billows into the air. No injuries reported A spokeswoman for Tayside Fire and Rescue said: “We received reports of one vehicle on fire at an Asda on New Road in Forfar. “One appliance and a hose reel jet were used at the scene and a stop call was put in at 3.20pm. “No injuries were reported.” Police said the fire was reported to them but officers did not attend.
