Police are appealing for witnesses after a 20-year-old man was seriously assaulted outside a nightclub in Arbroath.
The incident happened outside Coast nightclub in Gravesend at about 1.30am on Sunday August 14.
The victim suffered a facial injury during the incident.
Officers understand that there was a disturbance outside the club at the time involving two people, when the victim was struck to the face by a man, described as being of stocky build and wearing a tracksuit top.
Police are keen to speak to those who were at Coast nightclub between Saturday evening (August 13) and Sunday morning (August 14) and who may have witnessed this incident.
Police would also like to hear from anyone who has knowledge of this assault.
