Emergency services were called to the A926, just off the A90 near Forfar, following a collision between a Nissan Qashqai and a Volvo S60. The incident happened on the flyover to Kirriemuir around 11.20am. A section of the road was closed while the vehicles were recovered. A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: “A woman passenger sustained a minor injury but did not require medical treatment. “Both vehicles were recovered from the scene. “An 83-year-old man has been charged and issued with a conditional offer of fixed penalty notice.”
