Golfers are taking part in this year’s World Hickory Open in Carnoustie with a touch of old school flair.
The tournament gives golfers of all skill levels the opportunity to experience hickory golf on Panmure links course.
Competitors play the game using hickory clubs, similar to those used over a century ago along while wearing traditional clothing of the era.
Veteran pro Sandy Lyle is currently in the lead. The Open runs until October 14.
