Police have stated that a five-year-old boy reported missing by a family member has been found safe and well.
Tayside Division previously stated that Charlie Caston was in the care of his birth mother Alexandra Konstacka, 35, who resides in the Warddykes area of Arbroath.
Charlie was due to be returned to other family members on Sunday but police inquiries were made after this did not occur.
