A lorry and a digger have collided on the A90 near Brechin.
One lane of the south bound carriageway has been blocked at the Stracathro flyover.
Emergency services were called to the scene shortly before 4.30pm.
Police, fire crews and paramedics were all called to the scene.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “It appears a lorry has collided with a slow-moving digger.
“There is no injury and traffic management is in place.”
