Forfar Community Campus is set to reopen on Thursday after being forced to shut on just the second day of term.
The Kirriemuir Road site, home to Forfar Academy, shut on Wednesday morning due to a water supply issue.
The closure meant Forfar Academy was not open for pupils and teaching staff.
Angus Council said in a statement online: “Unfortunately, we’ve had to temporarily close Forfar Campus this morning due to water supply issues.
Water supply issue resolved
“We’re working with staff and Robertson’s to resolve the issue.
“We’ve sent out messages to parents and carers with children at the school.”
In an update on Wednesday afternoon, the council tweeted: “Good news! The water issue at the Forfar Community Campus has been resolved and the school will re-open tomorrow.”
