A man who allegedly flashed at youngsters at Stonehaven’s open air swimming pool will face trial later this month.
Alexander Shepherd appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court where he denied three charges of indecent exposure in front of children under the age of 13 at the site last year.
Shepherd, of Bedford Road, Aberdeen, faces charges that on August 6 and 17 he exposed himself to young boys.
A further charge alleges that he engaged in sexual activity in the presence of two boys at the pool on June 26.
Shepherd was originally released on bail with a condition banning him from visiting the pool.
Trial was set for Aberdeen Sheriff Court on February 28.
