Angus residents have been warned to keep their outbuildings secure after a series of thefts in towns and rural areas.
A power washer and saw were removed from a garage in Alexandra Place, Arbroath on the night of Monday March 20.
Two men were seen acting suspiciously in the area, aged between 20 and 28 years.
Trailers have also been stolen from Auchterhouse and Fergus Square in Arbroath.
A police spokeswoman said: “There are a number of Neighbourhood Watch schemes in the Angus area that you can join, or if not why not start one yourself.
