An Angus grandmother pictured urinating on the Trump International golf course in Aberdeenshire has urged the US President to act with “respect and dignity” in future.
Carol Rohan Beyts spoke out after losing a £3000 damages claims against Trump International Golf Links Scotland.
She had claimed staff breached data protection laws by “secretly filming” her relieving herself on thecourse.
Despite losing the case, her lawyer said Ms Beyts been “vindicated on the facts” with the sheriff saying she should not have been photographed.
Within an hour of the ruling, Trump International released a statement branding Ms Beyts, from Montrose, a “shameless activist” who was “looking for trouble”.
