Lunan Bay near Montrose was awash with waggy tails on Sunday as Golden Retrievers Scotland hosted a special meet-up event.
The golden sands of the beach brought dogs and their owners together where they played together and took part in a walk to the cave.
Owners gathered at the Lunan Bay car park to take part in the walk past the Buckie Den burn which gave them a chance visit the cliffs just beyond.
There was a sea cave with two entrances to explore.
The meet-up is one of a series throughout the year which is organised by the popular Facebook group.
