A primary school pupil from Inchture is set to star with Susan Boyle at this year’s Glamis Prom.

She will share the stage with Susan Boyle, Lee Mead, Jai McDowall and Christina Bianco for the performance on Saturday July 15.
The primary seven Inchture Primary pupil starred as Annie in a Downfield Musical Society production last year.
The 12-year-old member of the Showcase The Street group said: “After I leave high school, I want to be an actor in Hollywood. I really want to entertain people and want them to love what I do.”
A spokesman for the event said: “The producers of Glamis Prom invited applications from girls up and down the country and dozens of talented young performers were in the running to take the spot.
“It was a difficult choice and the standard of entries was very high. In the end, Erin’s audition clip came out on top and she is now busy rehearsing for the big day.”
Erin is also rehearsing for the next Downfield Musical Society show The Wizard of Oz, which will be performed in September.
