Police are continuing to appeal for information in relation to missing Dundee man Anthony Kelbie.
Local officers, supported by specialist search officers and a police dog and handler, have been making enquiries in the Brechin and Dundee areas as efforts continue to trace the 48-year-old.
Officers have been searching in the Nursery Park area of Brechin and have also been conducting door to door enquiries near his home address in Dundee and in Brechin where he was last seen.
Mr Kelbie, who lives in the Maryfield area of Dundee, was last seen between 8pm and 10pm on Saturday and was reported missing the following day.
When last seen, he was wearing a blue Superdry jacket, blue jeans and white shoes. He has noticeable cuts to the side of his head and a lump and cut on his forehead.
Inspector Alice Coventry said: “It is really unusual for Anthony not to be in touch with family or friends for this length of time and we are becoming increasingly concerned for his wellbeing.
“We know that Anthony was in the Nursery Park area of Brechin on Saturday evening and we are urging anyone who thinks they saw a man matching his description to get in touch with us.
“He may also have travelled to Dundee or possibly to Aberdeenshire and we are asking anyone who has information that could assist to contact us.”
