Police are hunting thieves who stole items of sentimental value in a callous four-figure raid on an Arbroath family home.
The housebreaking happened in the town’s School Road between 8.30am on Thursday November 16 and 5pm on Sunday November 19.
Those responsible gained entry by smashing the back door of the property and took a number of watches and jewellery, worth well into four figures.
They included two Pandora charm bracelets, with distinctive charms including Santa on a sleigh, and a child’s handprint.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “The thieves also caused damage which will cost hundreds of pounds to repair.
