One person suffered minor injuries following a two-vehicle collision on the A90, near Laurencekirk, at around 5.20pm on Friday.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “The ambulance service have been called, as one person has a sore wrist.”
One vehicle was blocking the road and Scottish Fire and Rescue were called to make the scene safe.
