The occupants of a car had a lucky escape after the vehicle overturned on a rural road in Angus.
Emergency services attended the one-vehicle incident which took place around 5.23pm on Tuesday on the B961 near Carmyllie.
A police spokesperson said: “The car appears to have slipped off the road and overturned on to its roof. Fortunately, all the occupants escaped uninjured.”
He added that the car had not blocked the road so no closure was required.
And a spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed they were called to the scene but stated they were not required.
