An elderly motorist has been taken to hospital following a crash in Arbroath.
The man was cut from his vehicle after the collision, which took place on Burnside Drive, near the junction with Hume Street, at around 4.40pm.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said the man’s injuries appeared to be minor but he was taken to Ninewells Hospital as a precaution.
