A90 traffic has encountered morning delays after a crash near Laurencekirk on Wednesday.
A lorry and a car were involved in the accident around 7.55am on the northbound carriageway near the B974 junction.
No one is thought to have been injured in the crash.
One lane of the dual carriageway was blocked by the accident.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “We received reports of a collision between a lorry and a car at 7.55am.
“Police are currently in attendance as one lane is blocked by the lorry.”
The accident was cleared by about 9am.
