A ‘Superman’ who knocked another man unconscious in a vicious beating in an Angus nightclub is being hunted by police.
Officers are appealing for information about an incident which happened shortly after 2am on Sunday within DeVitos Nightclub in Arbroath.
A 52-year-old man was assaulted and knocked unconscious by another man.
He also suffered a number of facial fractures and loss of vision as a result.
A police spokesman said: “Officers would like to trace a man described as white, in his 20s, about 6ft in height who was wearing a Superman t-shirt, and has tattoos on both biceps along with a Chinese symbol on his left arm.
“We would like to hear from anyone who was within the club and saw this incident take place.”
